From city precincts to frontier sheriffs.
Rosters for every department and business, in-game clock-ins, strikes and promotions, Discord role sync, and a profile for every player.
Everything a department head keeps in a spreadsheet, kept for them.
Every roster lives on one website that your game server and your Discord both talk to.

Questions people ask.
How does a player get on a roster?
The server owner or a head of that sub-roster adds them on the website's Members tab, or with /hire in its Discord. They get the rank's Discord role and a DM.
Does every department need its own Discord?
No. Each sub-roster links one Discord server, and several can share the same one. If a Discord has more than one sub-roster, commands ask which one you mean.
What if someone forgets to clock out?
A head can end the shift with /forceclockout in Discord, or from the member's edit menu on the website.
Do strikes expire?
You choose when you give one: after 7 to 90 days, or never. Expired ones stay on the record, greyed out.
Who can see a roster?
Everyone on any of your server's sub-rosters. Warnings and strikes are only shown to the server owner, that sub-roster's heads, and the member themself.
A role didn't change when I promoted someone. Why?
Usually the RPulse role is below that rank's role in Discord. Drag it higher in Server Settings → Roles. The website and the bot also tell you exactly which role they couldn't change.
Need help setting up?
Ask in the RPulse Discord. We'll help you link your server, set up ranks or fix a role that won't sync.
