Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of RPulse: the website at rpulse.app, the RPulse Discord bot, and the RPulse resource for FiveM and RedM servers. By signing in or adding RPulse to a server, you agree to them.

1. What RPulse is

RPulse lets roleplay communities keep rosters for their departments, businesses and staff teams. It records in-game clock-ins and clock-outs, strikes, warnings, promotions and demotions, keeps documents, syncs ranks with Discord roles, and gives players a profile, friends and chat.

2. Your account

• You sign in with your Discord account. You must meet Discord's minimum age in your country and follow Discord's Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share access to it.
• Your profile (picture, name, description) must not impersonate anyone or contain hateful, sexual or illegal content.

3. Server owners and staff

• If you add RPulse to a Discord or game server, you confirm you are allowed to manage that server.
• You are responsible for the rosters, records, documents and settings your server creates, and for who on your team can change them.
• Strikes, warnings and notes you write about members should be accurate and related to your community's rules. Don't use RPulse to harass or expose anyone.
• The RPulse bot only changes Discord roles you have linked to ranks. Keep its role above those ranks, and below roles it should never touch.

4. Acceptable use

Don't:

• break the law, or Discord's, Cfx.re's or Rockstar Games' rules, using RPulse
• upload malware, or content you don't have the right to share
• send spam, scams or unwanted messages through chat or friend requests
• try to access servers, rosters or accounts that aren't yours, or overload, scrape or attack the service
• fake clock-ins or tamper with the game resource to log hours that weren't played

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you and your server put into RPulse. You let us store, display and process it only to run the service for you. Server staff can remove their server's content at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account.

6. Availability and changes

RPulse is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for lost data, lost hours or decisions a server makes using RPulse records. Features may change. We'll announce changes that affect you before they apply.

7. Ending use

You can stop using RPulse and remove the bot at any time. We may suspend accounts or servers that break these terms.

8. Not affiliated

RPulse is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord, Cfx.re or Rockstar Games.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use RPulse after a change means you accept it.
